From almost playing college football to powerlifting, flexibility training, and now kickboxing, I've embraced every challenge. I thrive on helping others their limits and achieve their fitness goals. For the past 2 years, I’ve been a professional personal trainer, helping clients of all ages reach their goals. I also coach group fitness classes for athletic performance and teach gymnastics, focusing on strength, mobility, and proper technique for athletes and individuals of all levels.
